Week 4

1. Playlists are almost complete. I’ve noticed that a lot of my music that I thought was a little too much is actually great movement music for when I work out. So nothing gets deleted… just rearranged.

2. I cooked about 4 or 5 times this past week. Progress!!! And the best part…

3. …I haven’t eaten/used any GROUND BEEF at all this past week! Yay!

4. I did Dance Central once last week, then Friday, my PT TJ made me get on the cross trainer for an hour, and after that we did weights and resistance exercises. Let me just say this: planks are the devil’s slap in the face. I also battled my kids for about two hours on Just Dance 2. I slept like I was a coma victim after.

5. Haven’t really picked up the book much; haven’t applied yet. I feel like such a slacker. Boo.

6. I gave away 4 tickets to the Badger women’s basketball game. Still helping my friends. Need to do more for strangers, but I don’t go out much.
